Dear Ski Coaches: (SKI ROSTER DEADLINE 12/31/11!)

The Mesabi East X-C Invite is on Saturday, January 7th, 2012.

You are invited to participate in this great high school ski event.

You will not be receiving a hard copy of all this information in the mail. The basic information is attached to this e-mail. Your team rosters must be registered on-line only @ http://itiming.com/raceregistration/.

This form is available at www.itiming.com – under Mesabi East Invite.
Itiming will handle all the information and will send John Filander at Giants Ridge a copy of all the teams registered. Please be respectful of deadlines and changes. Teams have been refused. Get your roster registered on-line on time! Do your rosters before Christmas break!

Payment can be delivered personally on Friday, Jan. 6th (from 1 – 5:00 pm) or Saturday, Jan. 7th (from 7 – 8:30 am) at Giants Ridge Registration in training center. No $$ - No Bibs. Do not mail any rosters or money to Giants Ridge. All rosters must be registered on-line at itiming and payment done in person at Giants Ridge.

Please remember to RSVP on the spaghetti feed. If you don’t have time, please assign the RSVP’s to a ski parent. RSVP’s can be sent by e-mail to pepsichallenge@giantsridge.com – Attn: Deb. Any questions on spaghetti feed – call Deb @ 1-800-688-7669, ext 8072.
